5. For Basket value offers, a customer is eligible for only one free item. Multiple qualifying orders per user do not increase the number of free items per order.

7. A discount code allows a maximum purchase of 3 units per product. If more than 3 units of the same product are ordered using this code, the order will be automatically cancelled. Please make sure your order complies with this limit when applying the discount code.

1. Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. uStore Vouchers will expire by 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. Gift vouchers are valid for one‑time
   use only, unless otherwise specified.
3. Only card payments are accepted for voucher purchases.
4. Vouchers are digital only; no delivery charges will be incurred. Voucher codes are auto‑generated after successful payment and sent to the stated email address.
5. Vouchers are available in fixed values and only one voucher can be purchased per order.
6. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
7. Any remaining balance will not be refunded or credited. If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.
8. Vouchers may only be redeemed at uStore.lk
9. The issuer reserves the right to verify the voucher’s authenticity and refuse redemption if fraud, tampering, or misuse is suspected.
10. Gift vouchers are non-cancellable and non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, either in full or in part.
11. By using the voucher, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
12. Company will not be liable for incorrect recipient details or unauthorized use.
13. Company may amend T&C without prior notice.
