Please report any issues with your ustore order, within 24 Hours of receiving the package.

uStore Awurudu Ganu Denu campaign related offers are valid from 25th March - 30th April 2026, until stocks last.
Each shopper may only purchase promoted items within the set maximum quantity, for a period of 14 days. The maximum quantity per promoted product may differ from item to item, usually ranging from 1-5 units per promoted product.
All offers on ustore.lk are intended for consumers and not for resale purposes. uStore may cancel your order if found to be in breach of any of the above conditions.
Free island-wide delivery is applicable only for orders over Rs.3500.

Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. uStore Vouchers will expire by 1 year from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers are valid for one‑time
use only, unless otherwise specified.
Only card payments are accepted for voucher purchases.
Vouchers are digital only; no delivery charges will be incurred. Voucher codes are auto‑generated after successful payment and sent to the stated email address.
Vouchers are available in fixed values and only one voucher can be purchased per order.
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
Any remaining balance will not be refunded or credited. If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.
Vouchers may only be redeemed at uStore.lk
The issuer reserves the right to verify the voucher’s authenticity and refuse redemption if fraud, tampering, or misuse is suspected.
Gift vouchers are non-cancellable and non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, either in full or in part.
By using the voucher, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Company will not be liable for incorrect recipient details or unauthorized use.
Company may amend T&C without prior notice.
